These terms apply to your use of this website and to plumbing services provided by Canny Plumbing Pty Ltd. By using this website or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information available at the time and the scope discussed. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days. If the work required changes once we are on site, for example due to conditions that could not be seen beforehand, we will talk it through and agree any change with you before continuing. We provide a clear price before starting work.

Bookings, access and cancellations

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. If we cannot access the site at the agreed time, or a booking is cancelled or missed without reasonable notice, a call-out or cancellation fee may apply. If you need to change a booking, please let us know as early as you can.

Payment

Payment is due as set out on your invoice. Some work, particularly jobs that require ordered parts or materials, may require a deposit before we begin. Ownership of any materials we supply passes to you only once payment has been made in full.

Workmanship and warranty

We carry out work to the relevant Australian Standards and, where required, provide a certificate of compliance. Our work is backed by a workmanship warranty, and manufacturer warranties apply to the products we install. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

We are licensed and insured. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing faults, or for loss or damage that is beyond our reasonable control or that we could not have reasonably foreseen.

Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current, but it may change without notice and we do not warrant that it is complete or error free. This website, including its text, images and branding, is owned by or licensed to Canny Plumbing Pty Ltd and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Where this site links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that State. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
